Which iPhones work with Decide, and how do I contact support?
Short answer: Decide is made for iPhone and needs Screen Time on that iPhone. If this Help Center doesn’t answer your question, write to us by email: the address is below.
What Decide needs
- An iPhone. Decide is not made for iPad or Mac.
- A recent version of iOS. Decide is developed and tested on current iOS versions, and some features need them: for example, Change in Decide opens Decide directly only from iOS 26.5.
- Screen Time available on that iPhone. If it isn’t, Settings → Screen Time permission says Unavailable.
- Decide speaks English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese. Settings → Language changes it in the app.
Contact support
- In Decide, open Settings and tap Contact Us. It opens an email to the address below.
- Say what happened, what you expected, and your iOS version. Settings → About shows Decide’s version.
- Please don’t send screenshots that show apps or information you’d rather keep private.
How support works
Support is by email only; there is no ticket or account to create. Purchases and refund requests are administered by Apple, through Report a Problem.
