Creator Application Terms
These terms apply when you apply through the Create with Decide form, and cover your application only. “We” means Douro Ventures Ltd, which operates Decide; our company details are at the foot of this page.
1. Who can apply
You must be at least 18.
2. Your information
The information you give must be accurate, and you must have the right to share every profile, portfolio and work link you provide.
3. No guarantee
Applying does not guarantee selection, work, payment or any commercial relationship. We may reject your application, or stop considering it, at any time.
4. Contact
We may contact you about your application using the details you give us.
5. Any collaboration needs its own agreement
If we would like to work with you, any campaign or collaboration will be governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing in your application creates an agreement or obliges you or us to anything.
6. Withdrawing
You can withdraw your application at any time by writing to support@getdecideapp.com.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any cost or loss you incur in preparing or submitting an application. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.
8. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live, including any right to bring proceedings there.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we record the version you accepted with your application. Questions: support@getdecideapp.com.
